Sport Taekwondo

What is “Sport Taekowndo?”

This is a fast paced environment in which the art of taekwondo meets sport and fitness! Our main goal is to build athletes. Athletes with not only physical, but mental strength and stamina as well. The structure and discipline help build a respectful foundation that our athletes will use and be known by for the rest of their lives! Our Certified Instructor is a member of and recognized by USA Taekwondo, World Taekwondo, Kukkiwon, and the Amature Athletic Union (AAU). Holding high titles in all organizations and currently continuing his education in the Level 5 program in Team USA’s Taekwondo University.

Why Taekwondo?

Taekwondo is a respect based sport in which our athletes learn the value of work and rank. The core values of taekwondo not only play a hand in the development of disiplined young athletes but will be values that they’ll live by and carry on into their adult lives making them more adaptable and setting them up for success in multiple real life settings.
